OUR STORY
Built around better project delivery
Projects One was founded with a clear aim: to make commercial fit out and refurbishment simpler for clients. Having seen how gaps between separate suppliers could affect a project, our founders brought the work together under one contract, with a single point of contact and clear responsibility for delivery.

We have since completed projects across a range of sectors throughout London, the South, the South East and the Home Counties, with nationwide capability for clients who need it.
OUR TEAM
More than fifty years of combined experience
Our team includes directors, designers, estimators, contracts managers, office administrators and site operatives. Together, they bring more than fifty years of commercial interiors experience, with backgrounds in product manufacturing, carpentry, plastering and contracting.

This practical knowledge informs every stage of our work, from accurate pricing and realistic programmes to identifying potential challenges before work begins.

Our directors stay actively involved throughout each project, providing continuity from the initial brief through to handover.

How we work
We start with your people
Every project begins with understanding how your organisation actually functions - headcount, growth, working patterns, meeting culture, how services are delivered into the building and what security protocols apply. Solutions come after that, not before.
We hold the whole scope
Fabric, M&E, data, partitions, washrooms, acoustics, decoration and furniture under a single contract. One team, one point of accountability.
We stay after handover
You will be living with the scheme for years. We remain available for moves, additions, changes, maintenance and the questions that only arise once the space is occupied.
We are honest about budget and programme
If the brief and the budget do not meet, you will hear it at the first meeting. If a lead time makes your target date unachievable, you will hear that too. Uncomfortable conversations early are considerably better than uncomfortable conversations in month four.
Health and safety is documented, not assumed
All labour is vetted and assessed. Site supervision is provided. Method statements and risk assessments are produced for every operation, and reviewed when the operation changes.

The majority of our projects are in London, the Thames Valley, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and the wider South East. We also hold a nationwide supply chain for materials and vetted, assessed labour teams and site supervisors throughout the UK, so we deliver projects across the country for clients who need consistency across multiple sites.
