OFFICE FURNITURE & FF&E
Independent furniture supply and installation, specified across the market, not from one manufacturer's catalogue

Overview
Projects One is an independent office furniture supplier. We are not a dealership for any single manufacturer, which means we specify furniture on the basis of how you want to work and what your budget is - not on the basis of what we are contracted to sell. We supply, deliver, install and remove all packaging and recycle.
Why independence matters.
Most office furniture in the UK is sold through dealerships tied to one or two manufacturers. That arrangement is entirely legitimate, but it means the recommendation you receive is bound by that dealers manufacturer's catalogue.

We buy across the market. On a single project we will routinely specify task seating from one manufacturer, desking from another and soft seating from a third, because that combination gives the best result for the budget. We can also arrange showroom visits so that your team can sit in the chairs and use the desks before you commit to a hundred of them.
What we supply.

Desking systems
Bench desking, individual desks, height-adjustable and sit-stand desks. Specified for space efficiency, ergonomics and cable management, with integrated power, data and wireless charging where required. Systems are chosen so they can be amended as headcount changes rather than replaced.
Task seating
Task chairs are the single item your people interact with for eight hours a day, and the item most often value-engineered first. We will show you the difference between price points honestly, including where spending more genuinely buys durability and adjustment and where it does not.
Pods and booths
Freestanding acoustic pods and booths create meeting rooms, focus space and call space without building anything. They need no alteration to sprinklers, lighting or ventilation in most cases, they can be relocated, and in a leased building they can go with you. For organisations that need more enclosed space but cannot justify construction, they are frequently the right answer.
Soft seating, sofas and stools
Breakout, reception and informal meeting furniture. Used well, soft seating absorbs sound and defines zones as effectively as it provides somewhere to sit.
Lockers and storage
Where agile or hybrid working has removed assigned desks, lockers become essential infrastructure rather than an accessory. Options include key, combination and smart RFID locking, and locker runs can incorporate planting, seating and worktops so they double as space division.
Meeting and poseur tables
Boardroom, meeting, collaboration and poseur-height tables, with integrated power and AV connectivity where needed.
Agile and collaborative furniture
Reconfigurable, modular furniture for organisations whose team structures change frequently. Modular seating, shared benches and mobile collaborative settings that can be adapted by the users themselves.
Customisation.
Most of what we supply can be finished to your specification - frame and laminate finishes, upholstery fabrics, dimensions and configuration. Where brand colours matter, we will match them. Lead times for bespoke finishes are longer than for stock lines and we will tell you the difference before you choose.

Frequently asked questions.
Yes. Furniture-only projects are a substantial part of our work. You do not need to be undertaking construction work to use us.
Our work is commercial and project-based rather than single-item retail, but we do supply smaller offices. Tell us the numbers and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier.
Stock ranges can often be delivered within a few days. Bespoke finishes, upholstered items and acoustic pods generally run longer. Lead times are confirmed at order, and long-lead items are identified at specification stage so they do not delay the programme.
Yes. We can strip out and clear existing furniture. Where items are serviceable we will look at charitable donation or resale routes before disposal.
We install as standard. Furniture is built, positioned to the agreed layout, checked for function and quality, adjusted and left ready to use, and all packaging is removed from site. Delivery only is also available.
